Reserved tickets must be paid for within seven days, or as agreed with the Box Office.
In some circumstances tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same show, until 24 hours before the performance. There is a £1 charge per ticket for this service. We can only exchange tickets for Queen’s Theatre productions.
In some circumstances we may be able to re-sell returned tickets. Please contact the Box Office for further details.
Please note: once tickets have been purchased, money cannot be refunded, except in the event of a cancelled performance.
The Queen’s Theatre reserves the right, if necessary, to cancel or alter details of listed events.
