Dear Thames…

Alongside our co-commission Tales from the Thames, we worked with Arts Outburst and local sound designer Andy Smart to capture local stories from communities who live along the South Essex Thames Estuary.

Dear Thames… is a collection of local voices, real people who live and work along the Thames, telling their own tales of the area, celebrating both the peculiarity of its history and its uniqueness.

Over 5 hours of audio recordings were captured from five of the communities the tour visited and distilled into nine action-packed minutes!
