The doors to the building will be open from one hour before the start of the show. The doors to the theatre will open 30 minutes before the performance. Please ensure that you allow enough time to queue for entry to the building, toilets and ordering your refreshments if desired.
No, all tickets must be purchased in advance. This can be done on our website, by phone, or in person during the Box Office opening hours listed in the Box Office section.
No, we are no longer offering tickets for collection on the day of the performance as this can cause congestion. E-tickets can be sent to your email address for you to show on your phone on the day, or physical tickets can be posted to your address.
No, we ask that all payments are made by card. Contactless payments can be made for transactions up to £45.
