The Changemakers Network is a new project from the QTH Young Changemakers to connect and champion creative young people.
We want to build a community that will help young people engage with the arts and each other. Members of The Changemakers Network will be the first to know about opportunities like the upcoming YCM Podcast, seed commissions for young artists, and invitations to live events later in 2021.
The network is open to anyone but most opportunities will be aimed at 18-25 year olds from across Outer London and Essex.

I AM HERE was an online project featuring trailblazing theatre makers to break down barriers between young people and theatre. During September 2020 the Young Changemakers hosted four free online workshops led by artists who use their work to stand up and shout “I am here!”. Each weekly session focused on a different intersection of identity: Class, Race, Sexuality and Gender, exploring representation in the arts and showing that whoever you are, theatre has a place for you.
The sessions took place on Zoom, and feature a leading theatre-maker discussing their experiences in theatre, followed by a Q&A.

Over the summer, the Young Changemakers commissioned a Community Library, nestled at the back of the theatre café, stocked with playtexts and scripts available to the public as well as some new comfy seating.
Want some inspiration, looking for a project, need a text to study? Pick up a play and make yourself comfy – open to all during the theatre’s usual public opening times.
