QYouth – Youth Theatre Assistant Tutor       up to £7.50 per hour* – 2.5 hours per session

* in accordance with national minimum wage

The Queen’s Theatre’s Learning & Participation Department is looking to increase its team of Casual Assistant Tutors across several of its Youth Theatre drama and dance projects.

We currently run ten regular sessions a week working across ages 6-18 in different capacities.

As well as generally expanding our pool of Assistant Tutors, we are specifically looking for individuals with availability:

Wednesdays 3:45pm- 6:15pm (dance – ages 6-10)

Thursdays 4:45-7:15pm (drama – ages 11-14)

Saturdays 8:45am – 1:30pm (drama – ages 7-11)

The successful candidates will be creative, collaborative, and reliable. Responsibilities include leading warm-up activities, taking registers and assisting at performance events. Experience of working with young people in a drama setting is desirable.
