Would you like the chance to be part of a production at the Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch? We have the opportunity for some local young performers to share the roles of ‘Young Macduff’ and ‘Fleance’, Banquo’s son, in our professional production of Macbeth this spring!
Three witches on a heath have a disturbing prophecy for a victorious warrior. Macbeth will be king of Scotland. As this wicked seed is planted, daring Macbeth and his determined wife Lady Macbeth draw bloody daggers and set out on a fateful path.
But seizing the crown comes at a terrible price, as guilt grows, enemies draw close and the fight for survival hurtles towards a tragic conclusion…
We are looking for six boys to share two roles for the performances at Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch:
Three boys who look the age of 9 years old, to share the role of ‘Young Macduff’.
Three boys to share the role of ‘Fleance’, Banquo’s son, a young looking 13 year old
There will be three children cast for each role who will alternate throughout the run.
