jump the Q is for the Queen’s Theatre Productions only and does not include Pantomime, Guest Shows, Children’s Shows or Amateur Productions. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. jump the Q tickets are non-refundable. All seats are subject to availability. Once bought, tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded. Reserved seats for each production must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance of performance or they will be released. The Queen’s Theatre reserves the right, if necessary, to alter listed productions.
