His hilariously fiendish persona is out to shock - both in terms of content and how much you will laugh! This multi-award-winning stand-up has appeared with Michael McIntyre and on his own show and series for Radio 1, 2 and 4. He’s even been described as a cross between the ultra-controversial Jerry Sadowitz and ultra-bendy Lee Evans!
James AcasterWinner of the Laughing Boy New Act of the Year Competition 2010, James Acaster has supported comedienne Josie Long on her UK tour, performed at the Edinburgh Fringe and the Hammersmith Apollo, while TV credits include Dave’s One Night Stand and Russell Howard’s Good News. This fresh-faced young comic is a hit with audiences, thanks to his surreal, rib-tickling stories about anything from dating to Weetabix!
Matt WelcomeMatt Welcome serves up an edgy brew of laughs and sarcasm. With a passion for avoiding clichés and spouting non-stop torrents of gags, Matt delights audiences with his sudden launches into offbeat humour – which include anything from aerodynamics to Bette Midler! A recognised headline act on the comedy circuit, Matt has performed across the UK, the Edinburgh Festival and TV credits include ITV’s Live at Jongleurs.
