Online:
Book your tickets online NOW by clicking What's
On and selecting the show you would like to book. You
can choose where you want to sit from the seating plan and make secure
credit/debit card payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards
except American Express.
In
Person:
The Box Office
is open Monday to Saturday, between 10am and 8pm.
If there is a mainhouse performance on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday, the
Box Office opens one hour before the curtain goes up.
By Telephone:
Call the Box
Office to reserve tickets or pay by credit or debit card with Access,
Visa, Switch or Delta. There is a £1 handling fee.
By Post:
Please send
requests to The Box Office, The
Queen's Theatre, Billet Lane, Hornchurch, RM11 1QT. Please make cheques
payable to The Queen's Theatre and enclose a SAE for
the return of your tickets.
Reservations:
Reserved tickets must be paid for within seven days or as agreed with
the Box Office.
Ticket
Exchange:
In some circumstances tickets can be exchanged for another performance
of the same show, until 24 hours before the performance.
There is a £1 charge per ticket for this service. We can only
exchange tickets for Queen's Theatre productions from cut
to the chase...

re-sale:
In some
circumstances we may be able to re-sell returned tickets. Please contact
the Box Office for further details.
Please note: once tickets have been purchased, money cannot be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: London Borough of Havering have introduced charges in the Car Park adjacent to the Queen's Theatre. Charges apply 7am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday and are as follows: -
up to 2 hours: 20p |
