Chris Bond is the author of more than 40 shows of various shapes and sizes including Sweeney Todd, on which Stephen Sondheim based his musical, and Don Quixote Rides Again… which is to be premiered at the Rep next year.

He has directed over 100 shows in this country, elsewhere in Europe and in the USA, including the original production of Willy Russell’s musical, Blood Brothers.

He lives in West Cornwall.
