The Happy Marriage
by John Clements
The Happy Marriage
is as gay as its title suggests. Based by John Clements on Le Complex
de Philemon by Jean Bernard Luc, it provided him and his wide Kay
Hammond with one of the most successful comedies they have had.
The play, charmingly
set in a Roof Garden, is witty and full of amusing situations, and will
provide playgoers with an evening of lighthearted entertainment.
