1966. England has won the world cup and Michelle is in love with Don. She wants to settle down and get married, but he wants to go to Art College and live the swinging life London has to offer. During a summer job at the Dagenham Ford Plant, he falls madly in love with a sexy free-spirited gypsy girl and discovers hippy society is not just about peace and love.

A musical journey from Romford to London
