We would like your visit to the Queen's Theatre to be an enjoyable one. When booking, please let the Box Office know of any special requirements you or any members of your party may have. We have three parking bays for Blue Badge holders at the front of the building.

sign language interpretation

We offer a Sign Language Interpreted performance for BSL users for each of our four repertory productions every season and more for our pantomime. Whenever it is possible to do so we also have signed performances for other works in the theatre.

audio description

We offer an Audio Described performance for Blind and partially sighted patrons to enjoy the action as it happens on stage, whilst ensuring that there is never an intrusion into the dialogue or song being performed.

Guide and assistance dogs are welcome throughout the building.

We have a wheelchair accessible lift in our south foyer giving access to our bar area for a person in a wheelchair and a walking person, a pushchair and a walking person or two walking people.

We have a wheelchair accessible toilet in our south foyer and in the bar area.
